I studied communication science with a focus on photography and media production. I arrived in the Netherlands in 2015 with my Mexican boyfriend Diego A. The Netherlands has treated us really nice and we like calling Eindhoven our home, but something was missing and it was the food.
I LOVE TACOS! and to be honest after missing my family, not having the 3 am afterparty tacos is one of the most difficult things about being away from home. This is one of the reasons to be part of this project, as it was my dream is to have a taqueria Galeria where I can share my love for Mexican art and cuisine.
