I’m an agricultural engineer and have been living for more than 10 years in the Netherlands. My professional activities are related to two Dutch universities that have strong contacts with local and international students and Dutch professors.
I’m very interested in healthy food that comes from production systems that are as sustainable as possible. Dishes and products prepared with corn are my favorites and tortillas are the product I enjoy the most. With Mis Amores Tortilleria & Art I will have the opportunity to get fresh quality tortillas, promote in the Netherlands the health benefits corn tortillas have and the promotion of Mexican art.
