I have a technical background with my studies focused on aerospace technology. With Quetzi, I moved to the Netherlands in 2015 and felt very welcomed by the Dutch community since then. At the moment I work as an engineer for the high tech industry in Eindhoven.
I come from a family that goes way back in the craft of making tortillas. My great grandfather, grandfather, and uncle had or have tortillerias, making it a natural step for me to follow the path of my ancestors. Eating is my hobby and food my passion.
