I possess a background in mechatronics/ mechanical engineering. I had the opportunity to start my master’s studies in the Netherlands and during my studies, I had the chance to live in Sweden and Germany as well. Being away from Mexico made me realize how much our cuisine is part of our lives and how big is the love I have for Mexican food.
By joining this project I get the chance to show the international community one of the reasons I love Mexican food and for Mexicans abroad to bring them a little piece of home.
